This is why we do not accept returns:
At OZEANO STUDIO, we are committed to on-demand production, for the creation of the products when the users demand them. We are aware of the pace of overproduction in which we live, and we do not want to contribute to its growth.
Therefore, the user has to make sure before the purchase that they want that product, being able to make any consultation to; admin@ozeano.studio.
Our team will try to provide the maximum information and documentation to clarify any doubts that may arise.
We also want you to know that many of the processes for the finishing of the products are made by hand. This means that the final products may contain imperfections and particularities, which in turn make the pieces unique and unrepeatable. We do not offer refunds for this type of particularities, as they are part of the design and handmade finish of our pieces.
Returns for product defects will be accepted in the following cases:
They must be requested by e-mail to admin@ozeano.studio for full refund. The request must provide images, graphic resources or evidence of the state of the product with the breaks or production errors, to proceed with the response from our team.
Once the return request has been accepted, the products must be carefully packed in the original packaging and sent to the address; Polígono Industrial Mutilva, Calle P, Nº46, 31192 Mutilva (Navarra). A return label will be provided by OZEANO STUDIO, to carry out the shipment.
The amount of the purchase will be refunded once we have received the returned product at the address mentioned above. OZEANO STUDIO will be responsible for and cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products.
OZEANO STUDIO reserves the right to refuse a return if all of the above conditions are not met, or if the evidence provided by the customer is not sufficient or is considered invalid. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email that his order is not eligible for return.
