When we talk about OZEANO STUDIO we refer in general to any of the channels or digital or physical media you have used to interact with us: our Website, www.ozeano.studio.com, our physical store in Spain.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In OZEANO STUDIO we treat the data you have provided voluntarily, as well as inferred data, these are the data from social media, purchase records, satisfaction surveys, calls to Customer Service, etc.  Depending on the products, services, or functionalities you want to enjoy, we will need to process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Registration as a customer of OZEANO STUDIO. We need to process your data to identify you as a customer, and give you access to the functionalities, products and services that are available to you.

It includes order preparation and delivery management, payment management and, if applicable, refunds, VAT refund management, invoicing and sending of receipts and invoices for purchases made in the online store, and surveys and publication of opinions about the products. 

Legal basis: The execution of the purchase contract establishes a retention period: 6 years from the last transaction carried out, keeping them blocked until the prescription of possible liability actions. 

  • Sending by any means of electronic communication from OZEANO STUDIO (Newsletter, promotions and offers, invitations to special events, surveys…).
