We invite you to create customized solutions that give your spaces a special character. In this section, you will find a guide to the different possibilities.
You can specify colors based on a NCS/RAL/ PANTONE or provide a color sample.
You can specify the new dimensions of the product.
We suggest some of the materials we use the most (oak, teak, iron…) but you can also ask us for advice or suggest one that is not on the list.
We like to listen to the nature of the material and experiment with the possibilities of the finishes. Depending on the nature of the material, we can choose different finishes such as: stained wood, lacquered wood, aged wood, natural iron with a black effect, lacquered iron, etc.
We use environmentally friendly products such as ecological paints, dyes and varnishes, as long as the specifications of the use of the product allow it (for instance, an outdoor use may require other products).
We know that one of the drawbacks for the life of the product is the outdoor use. For those products that are used outdoors, such as porches, kitchens, spaces where children live or in public places like restaurants, we offer several options to prolong the life of the product.
You can choose an outdoor treatment, a custom-made cover, an easy-clean finish, or specify your needs.
We would like to know if you have an immediate need, if it is short-medium term, or if we have a more extended time to meet your needs. This request will be evaluated, and we will communicate the resolution by email.
Once the resolution is communicated, a delivery time will be estimated and we will try to adjust it as much as possible (there may be variations due to processes derived from third parties).
We will communicate the variations whenever the deadline is going to exceed more than three working days.
We are aware that you may be very creative and have other special needs not covered in the previous sections, and therefore, we leave the section “Other Questions” for you to tell us what you plan to do.
Because of the size or characteristics of the base material, some of the modifications will not be possible. As long as it is feasible, we will create your custom designs taking into account the possible drawbacks.
We will send you an estimate for you to evaluate, make the final production decision, and continue with the purchase process. Together with the final budget we will explain how to make the payment, available in the same payment methods as on the website.
Once we get the total amount, we will get to work to place your order in the shortest possible time.
